Pole:Cold-rolled, commercial-quality carbon steel tubing ASTM A500 Grade B. 11 gauge or 7 gauge. All welds conform to AWS D1.2 using ER70S-6 electrodes. Powder coating weather resistant triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) polyester thermoset powders, electrostatically applied, oven cured and bonded to a minimum dry film thickness of 2.0 mils

Hardware Kit: Supplied with 4 J bolts AASHTO M314-90, Grade 55. Thread galvanized per ASTMA153. Fully galvanized hardware: 8 hex nuts, 4 Lock washers, 8 flat washers, 1 Paper template (to-size). Automotive-grade ABS base cover. Handhole cover with backplate.

Base Plate : Flange of fabricated hot rolled carbon steel conforming to ASTM A36 or equivalent (36 ksi minimum yield) with 2-piece automotive grade ABS Base Cover and attaching hardware.

Base Cover: Powder Coated Steel. Clamshell type covers are standard on round tapered steel poles.
