Return & Refund Policy

Returning a Product: Standard products that are not customized for your specific needs (such as custom paint color, custom drilling, custom bolt pattern, etc…) may be returned only if:

1) You contact us within 10 days of receipt of shipment

2) You obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from one of our customer care team members

3) Your products are in New Condition as they were shipped. We will charge you a 25 % restocking fee to cover the repacking, restocking, and inspection costs. You will be responsible for paying the return shipment i.e. we will not pay for return shipment. Goods must be securely packaged to reach us without damage. You will be refunded for the return less the Restocking Fee, within 10 days of us receiving and inspection of the goods that are being returned.

Canceling an Order. You can cancel an order without incurring any cancellation fees only if the products have not been shipped and/or products have not been customized specifically for your project. In the event the products have been shipped or we started producing customized products for you, you will be issued a refund of the products’ costs less a 25% restocking fee and any manufacturing costs incurred by upon return of the products in their new condition. You should refuse delivery if delivery of a canceled order is attempted. If refusal of delivery is not possible, and products are delivered, you should follow the instructions in the Returns and Restocking section above to expedite your refund and/or credit to your account
